Shipping
We
ship via UPS for most items. We will need a complete shipping
address at the time of the order, (No PO Boxes please). The
shipping charges quoted by the web site are UPS charges with in
the 48 contiguous states. Items shipped via UPS to Alaska,
Hawaii or Canada will be charged a higher shipping charge.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the USA and Canada.
A
freight company ships items too large for UPS. When a
freight company is required, the freight company will contact
you by telephone in advance to schedule a delivery date and
time. The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at
your address. You will be required to accept and remove the
merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will
not take it inside. We recommend that you have help available to
remove the product from the truck and move it to its final
location. Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to
inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have
occurred while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to
show some wear. However, if there is visible content damage,
refuse delivery of the order and contact a Customer Service
associate by calling 1-800-787-2800.
Please note: Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii,
U.S. protectorates and territories, or APO/FPO addresses. At
this time, delivery is limited to street addresses in the 48
contiguous states.
When you receive a product from us, please fully inspect
your shipment within 30 days of receipt. Any damaged or missing
parts reported within 30 will be replaced at no charge.
Returns
If,
for some reason, you decide to return a product to us, it must
be within 30 of receipt and in the original condition we shipped
it. Please contact a Customer Service associate at
1-800-787-2800 and receive a RMA#. The RMA# should be written
on the return label, (please don't write on the box).
You will be responsible for the return shipping arrangements and
charges. Upon receipt by us of the product, it will be
inspected and returned to our stock and we will then refund the
original purchase price of the item to you. We will not refund
the shipping charges.
